HR Screening Call:

Online Assessment (if fresher/junior role):
Aptitude, DSA, coding challenges (platforms like HackerRank, Codility).
Sometimes includes MCQs on CS fundamentals or frameworks (React, Node, etc.).
Technical Rounds (1–3 rounds):
Round 1: Core skills (DSA, JavaScript, React, etc.). Expect 2–3 problems or live coding.
Round 2: Project deep dive – they grill your past work, architecture, decision-making.
Round 3 (optional): System design or debugging round for experienced roles.
Managerial Round:
Checks your communication, problem ownership, decision-making, and cultural fit.
May ask scenario-based questions ("What if...").
HR Final Round:
Discuss compensation, joining date, and finalize the offer.
Offer Rollout:
Offer letter, background check, onboarding discussion.

They asked me to walk them through my project, but what they really tested was how well I understood every line of it – architecture, tech decisions, edge cases, and trade-offs.

Interviewer joined after 1 hour of login time, asked me just what are the pillars of oop that i answered correctly and other hr questions which lasted for just 5 minutes and rejected me based on these 5 minutes

The interview process was well-structured and not very hard, starting with GD, followed by aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I attended through campus placements and had a smooth, positive experience throughout. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

In group discussion, they will mainly focus on the quality of speech not quantity. So, focusing on the way of speaking is important. The remaining rounds are quite easier. Aptitude, Programming, Tech HR, General HR are easy to clear.
