There were 3-4 rounds of interview. First round was of online MCQ test which I cleared with very good score. 2 days after I got call for face to face round . When I reached venue I saw around 6-8 candidates were waiting for interview, the HR were saying that there are shortage of panel. only 2 persons are conducting interview. in which one person was in hurry. He has to attend some family wedding so he was conducting interview just for name sake. Unfortunately he was my interviewer.
When I was briefing about my past experience then he was checking his phone he was not in mood of hearing about my projects. Then he asked me two question about scenario. I half answered first question and second question I fully answered.
Then he said "ok, the interview is over, HR will get back to you". He finished interview in just 2 questions. The interview last for just 3 and half minute. Then he started rushing and packing and exit the campus even before me.
Dear Hexaware, I think you don't know value of candidate and time. I am not fresher, a professional developer with 4+ years of experience. Is this way to behave with candidate. I wasted 2 days for preparation and despite of heavy rain travel more than 1 hr to reach venue and you just wind up interview in 3 minutes. How can you verify candidate in just 2 questions? I you are conducting drive for time-pass then you can do that with you in house employees. Stop wasting time of other professionals. Hire some more interviewer. and if a person wants leave for family function then grant him, do not call him to conduct interview.
