I had two wonderful interactions during the interview process. The first was an initial screening call with the recruiter, who provided an insightful overview of the company, and I became interested in their offerings. Then, I participated in a technical interview where I found the product discussed quite compelling, further fueling my desire to be a part of the team. However, after a week passed the initially communicated timeline without any follow-up, I decided to reach out to the recruiter for an update. She mentioned that she would provide feedback within a couple of days, but nearly a month has gone by, and I'm yet to receive any communication regarding the status of the recruitment process. What initially held the promise of being an incredible experience has, sadly, taken a disappointing turn due to a lack of responsiveness.
