Entretien
The interview process took place during 2 months. I was contacted through DMs to apply to the company. I accepted the process and after a week of sending it back they replied back to review my solution and have a pair programming session with 2 of them current engineers.
After the pairing session we continued with a system design session which I almost didn't pass, and at the very end they did "offer" me a position for associate software engineer but I was kept from receiving it for a month. Even though I was told I did pass the process I did never receive the offer due to the lack of degree.
I can only say thanks for the experience I gained and how much I learnt applying to the company but their internal processes and being so selective with employees applying for a blue cards is a big turn down.
I still think I could have been hired with a work visa which the proposed salary and role covered but w/e.

Entretien
I got an email from HR for Germany stating that my profile is shortlisted and after that I gave a coding test which I cleared and then there was a coding interview for 2 hours everything went well and HR gave me a positive feedback and later on he told me that the project for which I interviewed is not being considered so I should apply for another role and go through the entire process again. Initially it took around 3 months and after that he is telling me to apply again. I would suggest don't waste your time by applying in this company you should better focus on some other companies who actually value your time and are serious about the process.

Entretien
The process is very long at each stage, with minimal or no time investment from Hexad. The coding challenge is of average difficulty (based on well-known algorithms, nothing special to mention, but proper implementation requires 2-4 hours at least). The process overall feels disrespectful, with minimal amount of face-to-face time, and minimal opportunity to really get know the company, the team and what to expect from job overall.
