Phone interview, followed by audition and sit down. I met in person with what would become my boss. He was friendly and forward, honest and informative. Overall an easy process but they put emphasis on looking professional, and punctuality.

if you have a pulse and speak english....guess what? you got a job with them
they basically hire ANYONE....criminal record no problem.....big thing is you need a car because you have to move product and equipment like an animal after you work 10 hours. and you have to travel with 0 reimbursement until you hit 80 miles daily then you get 30 cents a mile
