Set up phone interview through email. Experienced extreme technical difficulties throughout 30 minute interview in which call dropped every 5 minutes. Though questions were fair, interviewer dove deep into software design patterns which I was not expecting for a phone interview (vs algorithm/resume based questions). Did not bother to even send rejection email after phone call.
