Entretien
The interview process involves multiple visits. Heritage does a great job really understanding the individual and allowing the individual to understand the company. It includes a phone interview, on site interview and job shadowing.
Thank you for reviewing your interview experience! We do have a lengthy interview processes, but as you mentioned it is a way for us to get to know the candidate better and allows the candidate to really get a feel for the company and what it would be like to work here!
