Ask you regular interview questions and they keep asking you throughout the whole interview if you have anymore questions. Asked about 5-6 times throughout the interview if I had anymore questions for them.
It was a group interview with 3-4 people and went through resume together, asked questions about leadership and challenges went through. Each panelist would ask about 2-3 questions and was asked to tell about yourself to them.

Breif interview. They are looking for people to grind their way up through the company and are afraid of investing in people who will take their skills elsewhere. Reccomend saying that you never plan on leaving
