I was contacted by the talent department for an initial phone screening interview about a week after I applied through the company website. After speaking, she recommended me to the hiring manager and set up an interview for the following week. I had 3 meetings. I met again with the recruiter/talent rep for 30 mins before moving onto a 1 hour meeting with a director within the department I would be working in. The last interview was with the director I would be directly reporting to, another hour. I was told I would hear back the following week if I was selected for a 2nd interview with the my would-be director's boss. About 2-3 weeks later, the talent rep contacted me to report they went another direction. All in all, it was a pleasant experience - wish I received an offer!
