The process was very slow initially because I didn’t get a call back until 2 months after I applied. The 1st interview was with 2 supervisors via Skype. It consisted of common behavioral questions that they read from a list. Then a few weeks later I was contacted by the manager of the department where I had another virtual interview. I was asked only a few questions and basically got more in-depth information about the position. Two weeks later I got a call from HR with the offer.

Interview process was upfront and speedy. Phone screen with direct supervisor, panel interview with directors and other staff followed the week after initial screen. Questions were typical and everyone was clear about next steps and hiring process.
