Over-the-phone initial interview was great- manager was very thorough and kind, spoke for about 30 min, answered questions. very transparent in person interview- Unconventional and uncomfortable to be interviewed at the same time as another candidate, group panel of about 6 people asked many behavioral questions, personal professional questions.
