I sat down with two younger brokers who were full-commission. They described the job to me and the struggles I would run into. Then a few senior advisors sat down with me. Not too many questions about finance.

There were 3 steps in the process. First step was with someone from HR, second with a couple brokers, and lastly with one of the partners. Basically most of the questions were behavioral. They express that it is a sales job, so mostly questions about if you have sales experience, and if not why you think you will succeed.

Three interviews starting with HR, then brokers, then VP and eventually you sit down and meet with one of the partners. This process was over the course of three separate meetings- first meeting HR shows you around and then sits down with you one on one. After this one on one, they bring in a broker to talk to you as well. The second interview then consists of two meetings- one with VP and another with a senior staff member. The third and final interview is a sit down meeting with one of the partners where they simply get to know you casually. You are essentially guaranteed to get an offer if you reach this stage of the process.
