Several phone interviews (I was out of state), then one 1/2 day in person interview in which you needed to provide a powerpoint presentation of skills and past projects. Unfortunately the salary range discussed up front in the initial HR screening interview was not the actual range for the position

The selection process took a long time, up to 4 months waiting for a response. During that time I received notifications about everything. the people involved were very helpful at all times

It's a panel type interview process. Usually to interview with your direct boss and if you make it passed that then you interview with a panel of all the managers
