I received an email after submitting an application online. Shortly after I had a phone interview, followed up by an in person interview. (I was out of state so I met with an HR rep that as in my home state). About two days later I received the call that I got the job after I passed the drug screen and background check.

I had to deal with two calls with the HR, one call with the person that would have been my mentor and a final call again with my future mentor and the hiring manager

What KPIs do you think the purchasing of a company like Henkel have?
Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im März 2018 bei Henkel purchasing. Das Vorstellungsgespräch dauerte eine Stunde, und es war eher lässig. Keine Frage zu Bildung oder Motivation. Hauptsächlich über technische Konzepte und Szenarien.
