I submitted an application through my university's career site. I received a call from the HR manager, who then scheduled for a phone interview with a financial manager, who would later be my supervisor. After that, there was an on-site interview with both of these people, and two other senior level managers. The process took a few weeks and was pretty quick. Received a call from the HR manager with the offer.
