The interview process was smooth and quick. The HR was very accommodating and the rest of the people who interviewed me asked good questions that really get to understand how you utilize your skillset and experiences, and they were genuinely interested in knowing if your character is fit for the company/team as well. They did not have a technical portion for this role, but they asked how I used certain tools in my current work.

HR Initial Interview - basic interview questions that checks your genuine interest for the role as well as if your technical abilities are fit for the position. Panel Interview with Team Manager and Team Lead - aside from questions on the technical abilities and describing your previous positions, they will check if you are a good fit for the team in terms of personality and attitude. Plenty of situational questions related to making decisions, handling conflict, and competitiveness.
