      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Henkel (Berlin)

      Entretien

      Talked with one external recruiter, then talked with another external recruiter. Both went really well. They could not say anything about the company but that they are looking for multiple people to fill the position. After asking for more details 2 weeks later, they gave me algo puzzle in language completely irrelevant to position I applied to. I finished puzzle and sent it, 2 weeks later asked about impressions, and they were great, apparently. Then another week later (5th week) I get rejection with the explanation of company changing one of the tools in tech stack, so they gave up. No one from the company talked to me. I invested over 5h in interviews and been treated like crap, for no obvious reason. Shame for such a reputable company.

      First of all, we would like to thank you for your time and energy you have put into the interviews over the past weeks and the extensive feedback you have shared with us. This kind of information is extremely valuable, allowing us to further improve the application process and to provide each candidate with the best possible support. Let us briefly explain the reasons for the experience you made. We are starting a brand-new chapter to solve the digital challenges of the future and to take advantage of the resulting opportunities by founding a new, digital business unit. For our new hub in Berlin, we have therefore been looking for the best talents and we are glad that you were one of these outstanding candidates. Unfortunately, adjustments were necessary during this foundation process, which led to a change in the tech stack. Thus, the position was no longer available. We are truly sorry that you were negatively affected by this, with all the energy you put in. We took the action point and we will re-brief our external recruitment partners again and promise a much better candidate experience in the future. Best regards, Your Henkel Team
