For the Enterprise Process Management Finance Intercompany my friend referred me and the next day got the mail for the preferred day and time for the interview. The process was fast and much convenient as Job description was not available on the website so have to ask the corresponding person and he mailed me within 2 days.

The interview was very straightforward — more like a casual conversation. There was no HR round; I interviewed directly with the manager. 1. why Henkel? why this position? motivation?

Gespräch auf Englisch mit Managerin und Mitarbeiterin. Kurze Vorstellungsrunde, dann 15 min case study mit einer Grafik. Aufgabe war, Vorschläge zur Steigerung der Effizienz zu machen. Nicht sonderlich schwer. Dann Fragen zu Vorerfahrung und Stärken. Am Ende Zeit für Fragen. Insgesamt entspannt und professionell.

Allgemeine Fragen über Laboraffinittaet wurden gestellt, der Grossteil des Interviews wurde zur Erlauterung des Projektes genutzt, es wurde viel auf soziale Kompetenzen gelegt und weniger auf hard skills, Zusage erfolgte zwei Wochen nach dem Interview per Telefon
