The hiring manager contacted me directly via email and asked to come up to the HQ. The interview was straight forward and fun actually. Two interviewers took turns to ask me behavioural and technical questions.
The transportation costs were also reimbursed by Henkel.

I submitted documents through the comapany's website. Received an invitation for an interview a month later. Interview lasted 30 mins. Took them more than 2 weeks to give me the response.

I applied online trhu their career site and after 3 days i was sent an email for an interview for the following day. So, I did the skype interview the day after and received the response the day after.
