I applied online and got a phone call about 2 weeks after. The actual interview itself was very relaxed. People were friendly and young. Interview lasted about 20 minutes and got back to me a few days after. The questions were not that difficult either.

Ik heb eerst mn CV+ motivatie opgestuurd, daarna werd ik opgebeld door de HR partner en hadden we een kort gesprek om verwachtingen af te stemmen, vervolgens had ik nog een gesprek op locatie met de HR partner.

Was called without appointment for a very short, easy, initial screening regarding general motivation and availability.
Afterwards, we planned a time for an interview with two team members, and a few days after another interview with a third team member.
A few days later I was called with the offer.
The total process took a little over one week, so it was very fast.
