The interviewing process was rather simple. I applied online through the university career services site. Henkel contacted me through career services to schedule a phone interview. They asked basic behavioral questions and general questions about my job experience. A couple months later I was contacted with an offer.

Applied through university career website. On-campus interview. Mainly behavioral, was interviewed by the scientists working in the R&D department. It was very relaxed, not a lot of pressure. They hire 8-10 R&D interns every year. Process starts earlier than most companies, around September for internships starting summer of the next year.
