Usual telephone screening, including general questions about experience, why I'm applying, what do I know about Henkel etc. After approx. a week I got an invitation to the interview with Team Lead and Manager. Interview was interesting, they asked me questions, but there was a discussion, not interrogation. I have been working in this sector for more than 7 years, so we have also discussed current business tendencies and opportunities.
