Met with a man for an initial interview which was more like a casual conversation. He invited me back to participate in a group seminar that was very competitive and inspiring. It was conducted by an outside company. We were asked to act out what it would be like on the job. After that, the hiring process took almost a month.

Super easy sit down and chat. We spoke idly of things and it was determined I was a likable person. Couldn't have been easier. I was invited to a second interview in under five minutes time so can't beat that.
