Just a quick phone call asking my personal informations and experiences in cleaning (they even made me lie about my previous experience as a cleaner: I never had a real job as a cleaner but just some cleaning tasks in some previous jobs and they said "ok we'll put on your profile that you have an experience as a cleaner for more than on year"). Basically they didn't ask me any question regarding the job. The person I had on the phone was very friendly and nice.
