The process is unnecessarily long: two phone technical interviews covering JVM and system design, followed by multiple recruiter calls. It culminates in a take-home project, which, while straightforward, is expected to be flawless. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored many of the negative reviews here. Despite passing all the interviews, I was informed that the offer went to someone else, a decision that seemed predetermined before I even completed the final project. Overall, it felt like a waste of time. I’d advise caution—this doesn’t seem like a healthy or respectful place to engage with.
