The managers doing the interview did not beat around the bush with regard to expectations and compensation. They highlighted difficulties that come with the job, and I appreciate transparency. They went over the steps I would have to take to progress in the field and also highlighted skills and experiences from my resume that they believed could help me get particular positions in the future. To top it all off, they were kind people who didn't want to intimidate me out of my application. Great interview
