20 minute discussion, very personable and professional. Made me feel very comfortable. They asked very direct questions in order to evaluate my competency for the position we were discussing. No standard goofy interview questions, very directed at the position at hand.

I had one interview that was pleasant and they seemed excited to meet me. They wanted me to meet the next guy up the chain and then I was never contacted again and they refused to answer any follow up emails. I find that very unprofessional. I believe that after multiple emails it is very unprofessional to then suddenly stop all contact and not be bothered to at least let someone know they are not interested in hiring them.
