Entretien
A very negative experience.
It all started when the company tried to hire me through an outsourcing firm, which took me two calls (screening and technical) and I never received any feedback on them. Then I received an invitation directly, but the engineer didn’t show up for the call (they contacted me the next day). After that, they quickly scheduled four more calls for me (experience, live coding, architectural, and behavioral) and tried to lower my grade during the process. I want to note that I was impressed by the level of the questions and the technical interviewers; however, at the same time, HR made a mistake twice and sent the wrong time for the call, and the manager was 10 minutes late for the final call even after I warned them. In the end, I was rejected without receiving detailed feedback while the actual interview went well.
I liked the technical staff, but there are issues on the management side—most likely related to budgets and planning.

Entretien
I applied online and I was invited to interview with them. I had an initial call with the recruiter and then moved to the code assessment. They provide a code base and you have to add code and complete some requirements, what I believe I did. I reviewed everything and they asked to add tests (not mandatory, but desirable). I added some but didn't cover all scenarios. I received an email 8 days later saying that "A member of the hiring team has carefully reviewed your code and while they see a lot of potential in your work, we believe that with the level of technical skill demonstrated, you would not be set up for success in our current role". I also noticed that they reposted the job, even with over 100 applicants. It seems to me that they are just making endless auditions instead of actually hiring people based on their skills.

Entretien
I had the initial recruiting interview followed by a technical coding interview. Responses took a while but Inaara was kind enough to give me feedback.
Overall, had a great interview experience. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.
