First session: call about the organisation, the role and myself. After this call I received an assignment. Second session: more in depth call with manager in order to discuss the assignment. Third session: chance to meet the team and see whether it's a good fit. Fourth session: call with the VP Product, also more in depth and on a strategic level. Good, professional experience in which I didn't just have to prove myself worthy for the job but also to get a good impression of how it would be like working for HelloFresh.

The process was good a bit slow though. There were following rounds 1. Introduction 2. Case study 3. Case study review 4. Hiring lead call with focus on product and fit 5. Senior management / VP The hr was responsive and the feedback was thorough during the process.
