I applied online. I received a response the following morning for a phone interview. During the phone interview set up an in person interview for two days later at their call center. They show you the workspace, training room, break room, and make you really want to work there. They give you a typing test, a question about a rotten tomato that has ruined the customers box (they ask you to suggest a substitute vegetable instead of just suggesting to send the customer a replacement box since the tomato has splattered all over the rest of the contents), and then a role play phone call with a customer who doesn't receive their box on the day it is expected for several weeks. They don't tell you what their company policy is to remedy these situations so if you follow the instructions about the tomato you are probably doomed from the start and if you don't already know the factors that would lead to late deliveries such as their shipping methods and warehouse procedures, you will be rejected. It's an entry level job but they seem to be looking for someone who already knows the back end of their company and the policies prior to being hired. That was disappointing.

The interview process moved along pretty quickly and the interviewers responded with the next steps after I passed the previous round. The interview started with a phone interview then it was moved to an online test followed by a video interview and then a group interview.
