The process was extremely long, and drawn out. After an initial phone screening I was asked to do an exercise, brought in for an interview, and then interviewed one last time over the phone. I am 100% aware that there are others moving along in the hiring process, but the timeline I was given was pushed back twice, and then some, which seemed a bit unfair. Overall, everyone was super friendly, kind and I would have loved to work there, but the hiring process was overall draining.
