I was a referral my first chat was very exploratory with the VP of Engineering. The conversation was easy and honest. After the interview, the team sent me some educational materials to review. From there I had a group onsite. It was an AMAZING panel and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of them. My one bit of feedback was that the day was long with no breaks and that it was a fairly dense panel.
