First interview was very basic with the recruiter just going over work experience. Then I was invited for an in-person interview. The second interview was with three people. Very basic almost amateurish interview. First question was "tell me about yourself." After that you could tell they didn't have a plan or structure for the interview. At one point the one who was supposed to be driving the interview asked the other two to ask some questions, they responded by saying this is your show, it was very awkward. I then decided to just bring up my own talking points and for the most part was just a general conversation after that. I was then taken on a tour of the facility. I was offered the job a few hours later. I asked them if they could come up slightly on the pay and was ghosted after that. I was going to decline the offer anyway as I had something better in the pipeline (as well as a few red flags), but to ghost someone after making an offer is extremely unprofessional (another red flag). Looks like I dodged a bullet here.
