3rd interview with Head of User Acquisition and CEO: presented a task and conversations/Q&A around it.
The process was moving quite slow and I had to chase the recruiter few times for an update. The recruiter was always coming back to me after I chased with updates about next steps and very positive feedback.
After waiting for final decision for several weeks I decided to chase for an update once more and this time they never came back to me. I tried once or twice more and nothing.
I find it really sad that there are still companies "ghosting" the candidates. We put a lot of effort and time to prepare for the interviews and tasks, we take time off from our current job to attend. We deserve a reply with the reasons we were rejected and some feedback of how we can improve. Not nice!
