Initial interview with an internal talent sourcer which covered the basics and assessed suitability, then a technical skills interview which focused on capability, and finally a competency based interview which covered team fit, decision making and problem solving.

Recruiter, leadership, technical. Recruiter and leadership were all very well and nice but the technical interview was not great, there was no intro to the interviewers nor was I asked to give an intro and the interviewer spent a while arguing with me about a fundamental, that I was right about, as verified by Google. I was shocked they didn’t know this. Interviewer generally had quite an arrogant tone. One interviewer kept camera off the whole time, didn’t say anything and then only said ‘bye’ at the end. Was quite happy not to be proceeding.
