I was first called by a recruiter who gave me a quick phone interview. A day or so after my phone interview I received an email about meeting for a 1:1 interview. It was a fairly short, but I got to walk around the office, and even met the district manager. Shortly after I had left that interview I was scheduled for another Interview with the clients, as Heery is mostly contracted. During this 3:1, the clients fired off questions without much time for me to go in depth. When it was my time to ask questions, i asked who would be my mentor for the IDP, and it would have been one of the clients, which was weird because i was being contracted. They didn't answer the question about what I would do had the contract ended, as it was only for a year.
