They called me at 8pm on a Monday night, missed call. I called them the following afternoon. It was in total a 2-minute conversation stretched into 6-minutes. Interviewer seemed indifferent and ready to offer me the job. He did briefly explain the process of what would happen upon being hired and it seemed straightforward.

Basic and laid back interview, mainly asking questions about the job and on call schedule. They want to make sure working in the outdoor elements isn’t going to be an issue.
