First class company and a great group of people! In the end, was not the right fit for me or I would have taken the position. Was treated to breakfast with the President for first round interview. Second round was a plant tour with the Director of Engineering with introductions to the rest of the team. Very personable group of folks and strong relationship between front office and Production teams. Interview was very focused on how you think rather than looking for specific answers.
