I was working with a recruiter who at first was very responsive and helpful. He set up a virtual interview for me with 3 individuals and I felt I had been doing a decent job. He followed up with me once after the interview but then proceeded to ghost me. I am not so naive to know I could’ve easily not been the right fit for the position but to ghost a candidate who you’ve been working with nonstop because you don’t have the guts to tell them they didn’t get the job is pathetic and sad. I ended up accepting another job offer with a company who pays a lot more, has better reviews, and whose recruiters know how to do their job. I’m very happy to know I do not have to work for such a pathetic agency. If you’ve received an email about a position at Hearts&Science or Omnicom, please look out for yourself!
