Easy... went in for two rounds after initial HR call. Asked basic Qs about past client work and nothing too crazy outside of the normal: how do you work with a team and how do you handle clients.

The interview process was fair and professionally conducted. It seemed a little weird that they asked if I would be interested in a Supervisor role instead (one level down and would have been a lateral move for me) but I said no because I wanted to stand my ground that I was more than ready to take on an AMD role.
