You are invited to interview on campus on your own dime, then spend a bit of time in each house during your stay in Texas. Meal interview with Blake Nelson and another staff, then call and offer job.

Complete the application online, and you'll get a call from the hiring manager, who is great! They will then invite you out to spend the day on the property if they feel like you'd be a good fit. After spending the day with them, you'll hear back from them if they would like to offer you a position.
