This process consists of a 15-minute call with a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an edit test, and a request for references (in that order). Some EAs will do two interviews instead only one.

I applied online and was quickly contacted by a recruiter. I interviewed on zoom within a week. Interviewer was nice, questions weren’t very difficult. I have already been working a job similar to the one I was interviewing for so no questions were unexpected. I thought the interview went well, they told me they didn’t have a time frame for hiring, but to reach out if I was seriously talking to another company. Within an hour I sent thank you emails. I never received another response until I was told the position was filled.
