I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a few hours. I scheduled my phone screener for the next day, and was told a few hours later that I would be moving on to meet with the hiring manager. I spoke with the hiring manager the next day and she told me on the call that I would be moving on to the final interview. I had my final interview the following week, where I learned that I was the first interviewee, and they had more candidates to work through. A few days later, I learned that they were contacting my references. I followed up with my recruiter a week later, and she told me that she would have an update ASAP. I received my rejection when I followed up again three weeks later. Things were a little delayed by holidays and such.
