I applied for the position online and got a call a few days later from HR. We went over my background, what I was looking to do and what the team was looking for. We scheduled an in-person interview soon after that, during which I met with two managers and showed my portfolio. We discussed the role more in-depth, and after they asked me a few more questions I got passed back to HR. I was shown around the floor a little and asked to come in for a second interview. On the second interview I met with the director of a few teams including the one the position was with. I showed my portfolio again and we talked about many of the same things as the previous interview. The director decribed the interactions between the different teams as well, and how they worked together. I was also asked if I'd be comfortable doing a design test. I was then asked to do a design test via email. I completeted the test over the weekend and sent it in. I was told someone would get back to me soon, but I didn't hear anything so I followed up. I was thanked for my patience and told a specific day I would hear by. The day passed and I didn't hear anything, so I followed up again, and ae same thing happened. This went on for about two and a half to three weeks. I finally called HR and asked what was up, and found that they planned to offer the position to another candidate. A few days after that call, my other contact emailed me saying essentially thanks for my patience but they were going with another candidate.

First round was a phone call and the second was a video call talking about my experience. I talked about the skills I learned in my past positions and what I used to build my personal projects
