I will not recommend this company as their process was reflective of their culture. While I was made a low ball offer based on a requirement which on papers I lack (negotiation skills), when I negotiated for my comp, the CRO decided to step in round 2, which was a pressure tactic. He made snarky remarks, verbally committed to a revised number and later manipulated saying there may have been miscommunication due to background noise and never kept up to that offer!
It took recruiter 3 weeks after the onsite to revert and when he did, I wish he had a better reason- "Oh, my response was in the draft, I forgot to send it".
After putting up with all of the above, despite verbally and over email accepting the offer, when CRO agreed to review some of my requests, next day they withdrew the offer!
Things to look out for:
1. They do not seem to keep up to their committed words/ timelines
2. They make up stories/manipulate, lame ones
3. You can be pulled for negotiating even though that might be a skill needed in the role and that they had downplayed you earlier for lack of that skill :D
4. Be patient as they can really be a drag and sit on you silently for weeks
