The interview was very thorough. They made sure to make me feel comfortable and made it personable with some of the questions they asked. Overall it was one of the most encouraging interviews I have had.

I first received an e-mail asking for a good date/time to set up a phone interview. After my first phone interview, which was very conversational and informal, I was contacted with several positions the company thought I would be qualified for. I then had an in person interview that lasted about 2 hours and talked about everything from high school, influential people in my life and job expectations. I received a call back with an offer 2 hours after my interview.
