First I submitted my resume, immediately got a response that my resume was accepted and a month later was able to get a interview. The management was having a huge change when I was being hired which explained the long wait for an interview after getting a response. I spoke to the sales manager and HR. The Sales manager explained what the company does and the company history before asking me what my work history was.
