Very simple! Yuri sent me a message encouraging me to apply to the role. I submitted a video answering questions. Interviewed with Yuri and then Bela. Bela checked and confirmed my references, and then I received my offer :).. They didn't draw out the process or hold off on finding a unicorn candidate.
