Looks like something fishy is going on with the company . They call so many candidates for interview at their office (not virtual) ,it’s like a walk in going on , after long HR interview where three people ask so many questions and next round with founder ,they ghost you . No process or timeline .They make everyone wait for hours unnecessarily for interview which can be clearly done on virtual meet .Seems they are showing investors that they are growing or just passing time with candidates by collecting market info . Worst experience as I was called twice for interview and after interview I was ghosted .upon asking HR after two days I was told role has got on hold !! Pathetic experience.
