Entretien
The hiring and interview process was incredibly efficient, simple, and straightforward. A recruiter from the company contacted me, after which I applied for the position. After a phone interview with the hiring manager, I was invited in for an in-person interview. There, I was presented with a small problem which I needed to solve using the technologies used in their development stack. Afterwards, the engineers joined the interview and I was asked to explain what I developed and why. I was then asked about the software development practices I had used the past. I met with another development manager and then spoke to the VP of Software Engineering, who gave more of an overview of what the company provides, why it is in that particular space, and why it is important. I was then sat with a member of HR and was asked what I was expecting for compensation. I provided it and was asked to wait as my compensation was discussed. The member of HR returned and was able to make a concrete offer that met my requirements. I received and accepted a hard copy of an offer at the end of the interview. HealthCareSource was also flexible with my start date. It was good experience and unlike any I had been a part of in the past.

Question 1
The most unexpected question was whether I would accept the offer. I did not enter the interview thinking we would come to an agreement that quickly and I was slightly unprepared for that outcome.
Straight forward process, A technical screen followed by onsite. Onsite interview consist of three interviews, hiring Manager, product Manager, and a panel of Sr. Developers. At least two of these rounds are technical.

Entretien
Technical Recruiter contacted me. Next had a 30 min call with the hiring manager. A few days later invited to an in person group panel interview for 1 hr.
